Organisation Administrator

An Organisation Administrator has full control over their ipushpull environment. Organisation Admins have the following entitlements:

  • Create, View, Update and Delete Users

  • Reset User Passwords

  • Create, View, Update and Delete Folders

  • Grant and Revoke Organisation Administrator role to other users

  • Grant and Revoke Folder Administrator role to other users

Folder Administrator

A Folder Administrator has control over one or more ipushpull Folders delegated to them by the Organisation Administrator. Typically, they have the following entitlements:

  • Update Folders

  • Create/Read/Update/Delete Pages

  • Invite existing Customer Users to the Folder

  • Grant/Revoke Folder Administrator role for their folder to other users

  • Grant/Revoke Folder Page Administrator role for their folder to other users

  • Grant/Revoke Access to Pages within the folder

Folder Page Administrator

A Folder Page Administrator has content management and access control for a subset of a Folder’s pages delegated to them by the Folder Administrator. Typically, they have the following entitlements:

  • Create Pages

  • Read/Update/Delete Pages they have created

  • Grant/Revoke Access to Pages they have created to existing Folder Users

Folder Regular User

A Folder Regular User can consume or update page content depending on the access they have been granted. Their entitlements:
