Open Destinations and select the email icon from the available Destination Type.

Enter a name for the Email list into the Destination List Name text box

Select Who can use the Destination (Default is Anyone in your account)

Select the users from your list.

Open Destinations and select the SMS icon from the available Destination Type.

Enter a name for the SMS list into the Destination List Name text box

Select Who can use the Destination (Default is Anyone in your account)

Select the users from your list.
