Sort & filter in the Web App and embedded pages
You can sort data within your pages by column string, number or date, you can also filter the data based on these values or filter with a custom value.
In the ipushpull web app
Sorting
1. Select the Data button within the pages toolbar located in the top right of the page
2. Sort the data in your page by choosing a few options based on your columns. Select a column from your data to sort by, choose a string number or date and whether in ascending or descending order.
Filtering
1. Select the Data button within the pages toolbar located in the top right of the page
2. Filter the data on your page by either selecting a column from your data to sort by, choose a string number or date and whether in ascending or descending order. Alternatively type in a custom value in the Value box.
In ipushpull embedded pages
In embedded pages you can turn on sorting and filtering by adding it to the shortcode in your WordPress page or website. For full shortcode options you can view this support article.
Sorting
1. After the sorting options are turned on in your page shortcode you can scroll down to the bottom of the embedded page where the ipushpull toolbar is located, then click the Sort button.
2. In the sort toolbar, select your required options and click Update.
Filtering
1. After the filtering options are turned on in your page shortcode you can scroll down to the bottom of the embedded page where the ipushpull toolbar is located, then click the Filter button.
2. In the filter toolbar, select your required options or add custom ones and click Add.
You can now view the data based on your filtering or sorting.
