Share your Folder and Pages with Users

Share folder and pages with other users

  1. From the Folder view, open the folder and click on the settings icon:

  2. From the Access tab select the Share button:

  3. Enter the email addresses (up to 5) of the people you would like to share the Folder with and select the required Access you want them to have.

  4. Select the pages and access you want them to have.

  5. Click Invite and the users will be sent an email to let them know they now have access to these folders and pages.

Please note if the user doesn’t exist in the ipushpull service, a user will be auto created and an Invite email will be sent as well as the folder access. They will need to complete the new user sign-up before they will have access to the folders/pages.

Share a page with other users

  1. From the right hand menu options select Share

  2. Enter email of user you would like to share the page with and select required access

  3. Click on Share

Please note if the user doesn’t exist in the ipushpull service, a user will be auto created and an Invite email will be sent as well as the folder access. They will need to complete the new user sign-up before they will have access to the folders/pages.
